  1. Painter Eraser support script.

  3. When installed the eraser script will automatically switch to the eraser tool when the eraser end of the stylus is used and switch back to the previous tool when the stylus tip is used.

  5. Currently the eraser script only works on the Power Mac version of Painter 3.1

  7. A patch file for the 68K version of Painter 3.1 will be available in the future. Check the Wacom BBS, ftp site, or online services for the patcher.

  9. Copy the eraser script into the settings file of Painter 3.1 by using the settings mover (under the menu Tools:Movers:Session Mover...).

  11. You can export the script (export is in the playback session... dialog accessed from the Tools:Playback Session... Menu) to see what it does or to create your own. The script name must be "Eraser Pen".
